Clara Puerto is conducting her internship in the star-planet formation and evolution department at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía as part of her Astrophysics Master formation at the Observatory of Paris. The focus of her project are radiative transfer models for protoplanetary disks around binary stars, with an application to L1551 IRS 5. During the summer of 2021 she was also a visiting student at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Farisa Morales and Dr. Varoujan Gorjian, where she develop a project on Solar System Debris Disks (S2D2).
